
Mitch Denny
Mitch Denny is a software developer, but don't hold that against him. He has been working with .NET technology for over six years and has been awared MVP-status by Microsoft for four consecutive years.
Once a systems administrator, always a systems administrator. Mitch continues to have a keen interest in systems management technology including scripting and automation technology, including the Microsoft Command Shell.
Ray Trattles
Ray started his career in IT in 1987 with academic IT interests going back to the seventies. He moved to the Microsoft platform with the release of Windows NT 3.5. Since then he has been involved with infrastructure design and implementation, minor application development and technical training.
Ray is a member of the QLD MSDN and SQL user groups and has Microsoft Certifications across both infrastructure and development disciplines.
In recognition of his efforts and abilities Ray has received several awards from his employers including a Certificate Recognising Excellence from Department of Employment, Education and Training (DEET) and a Top Performer Award from Interim.
Derrick Buckley
Derrick moved to Australia in March 2003. He had been working in all over Europe for a large Telco and needed a change of environment. Derrick has experience running large scale implementation projects of Active Directory & Exchange in Europe and Australia.
Derrick has a proven track record running Infrastructure development projects and excellent communication skills to deal with all team members, management, and technical staff. He enjoys variety and challenge and is motivated by delivering the highest standards of work at all times.
Graham Gardner
Formerly known as Microsoft's 'momguy', Graham Gardner was responsible for SMS, MOM and AD as a Technical Specialist at Microsoft. In 2003 he decided to go out and deliver the solutions he was designing for customers. Since then he has worked on projects ranging from Internet Banking systems through to Administration control tools. He has also delivered vulnerability and security consulting to Government departments at both a state and federal level.
Having worked for large companies such as HP, IBM, Microsoft and EMC, Graham has a wide range of skills in many areas of the industry. He is ITIL Certified, MOF/MSF trained and sees proactive management of IT environments as the primary focus for Readify's Advanced Infrastructure Development competency.
