Readify's CRM OnTime streamlines many of the intermediary steps that slow business workflow, and ultimately cash-flow. While there has been progress made towards providing the functionality for enterprise businesses to better manage customer relationship through Microsoft's Dynamics CRM, there was still a need to improve workflow functions and provide timely and accurate reporting to improve all business workflows between clients, financial controllers and field staff.

CRM itself is quite capable of doing lead, opportunity and order tracking but there is a divide when it comes to connecting that to the actual service activities that take place. Readify's CRM OnTime solution manages to bring dramatic improvements in resource management. During the initial trial period, Readify saw the average number of days to fill in time sheets drop dramatically from more than 24 days to an average of just 2 days. That's an amazing efficiency improvement of more than ten times the original process!
