International Candidates
Readify’s commitment to employing the ‘best of the best’ means that we are keen to work with international candidates. Currently our technical staff represent eighteen different nationalities and many of those have joined us through our international recruitment process.
Our recruitment process for international candidates is no different to the process run in Australia, apart from the fact that most of the interviewing is done virtually using Skype or another virtual communication facility. If successful, Readify will work with our Immigration agents to organise the appropriate 457 visa for the successful applicant and their immediate family. Although Readify do not pay for relocation, we do cover the costs of the visa process and provide accommodation for up to four weeks upon arrival in Australia.
